General terms and conditions
§1 Applicability to entrepreneurs and definitions of terms
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity.
§2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text

(3) The presentation of the goods in our Internet store does not constitute a legally binding contractual offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online store, the following regulations apply: The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the order procedure provided for in our online store.
The order is made in the following steps:
1) Selection of the desired goods
2) Confirm by clicking on the “Add to shopping cart” button
3) Checking the details in the shopping cart
4) Press the “Continue to checkout” button
5) Login to the online store after registering and entering the login details (billing and delivery address, e-mail address).
6) Re-check or correct the respective data entered.
7) Binding dispatch of the order by clicking on the button “Execute order” or similar.
Before submitting the binding order, the consumer can return to the website on which the customer’s details are recorded and correct input errors or cancel the order process by closing the Internet browser by pressing the “Back” button contained in the Internet browser used by him after checking his details. We confirm the receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated e-mail (“Order Confirmation”). With this we accept your offer. The purchase contract is only concluded when the seller has shipped or handed over the ordered product to the customer within 3-4 days or has confirmed the shipment to the customer within 3-4 days with a second e-mail, explicit order confirmation or sending of the invoice. If the seller allows payment in advance, the contract is concluded with the provision of bank details and request for payment. If the payment is not received by the seller within 10 calendar days after sending the order confirmation, the seller withdraws from the contract with the consequence that the order is invalid and the seller is not obliged to deliver. The order is then completed for the buyer and seller without further consequences. A reservation of the article in case of advance payment is therefore made for a maximum of 10 calendar days.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our Internet store: We store the contract text and send you the order data and our General Terms and Conditions by e-mail. You can also view the GTC at any time at http://www.mywoodpassion.at.
§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
(1) In accordance with Austrian small business regulations, the prices quoted do not include statutory VAT. In addition, there are any shipping costs. which are clearly communicated to the buyer during the ordering process. Payments must be made in advance without deduction.
(2) The consumer has the option of paying via PayPal. Their general terms and conditions apply.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for dispatch within 3-4 working days. In the case of payment in advance, the period for the start of delivery begins on the day after receipt of payment to our account and for all other payment methods on the day after conclusion of the contract. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline shall end on the next working day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the item sold shall not pass to the buyer until the item is handed over to the buyer, even in the case of sale by dispatch.
(3) Partial deliveries are possible at the seller’s expense.
§5 Retention of title
We reserve title to the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.
§6 Warranty
(1) The statutory provisions shall apply to any warranty claims.
(2) No warranty claims can be made for signs of wear and tear caused by use (scratches, cutting marks, wear and tear of the surface treatment).
(3) The goods delivered by the seller are only covered by a guarantee if this has been expressly given.
§7 Contract language and place of jurisdiction
(1) The contract language is exclusively German.
(2) The place of jurisdiction and place of performance is the registered office of the seller.
